Item Availability

The merchandise available on sensbijoux.com can change. To stay updated of new arrivals and sales, you can register to receive our newsletter when creating an account. Despite our efforts to synchronize the merchandise on our website with our stock, you still might find that some items are out of stock. In cases such as these, we will refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability right after the order is placed.

Registration

To complete any transaction on sensbijoux.com registration is required. To register or login to your account click the “my account” button. Registering also allows you to:

  • Receive email updates and promotions to get regular insights about trends and sales

If you forget your password, click on the "forgot password?" button. You will be emailed a temporary password. Once you re-access your account, we would recommend you to change your password.

On checking out, you will be asked to sign into your account. You will be allowed to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed.


Shopping at sensbijoux.com is as safe as it can be. Personal information provided is transmitted using a secure server known as Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. Please check out the privacy policy section, for further information.

Payment

Payments are accepted via Visa or Mastercard or Paypal.
Once the order is received, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your card to make sure there are sufficient funds to carry out the transaction. Once the order is ready to be shipped the pre-authorization is completed. If the shipping or billing information is not correct you will be contacted for the confirmation before the order is shipped.

Sales tax

Orders that will be shipped outside of Canada will not be subjected to any sales tax.
Orders shipped to:

  • Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%.
  • British Columbia are subject to 12% HST.
  • Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
  • Nova Scotia are subject to 15% HST.
  • Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.
 

Order management

Orders can be cancelled or changed as long as they have not been shipped. By clicking on the "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER" button you can login, view your status, and order history.

Customs

You are requested to consult the customs legislations of your country for orders shipped outside of Canada and U.S. We will not be responsible for any brokerage fee, duty fee or any delays because of customs.

Return Policy

Items marked for final sale will not be returned. A Return Authorization number will have to be requested within 14 days of the order's delivery date. The item(s) must not be altered, worn or . The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the Sens Bijoux warehouse. All returns will have to be authorized by us prior to returning. Please contact us at INFO@SENSBIJOUX.COM to make a Return Authorization request. The return authorization number must be written clearly on the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance, as we will not be responsible for delays or any losses. Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be declined at the discretion of Sens Bijoux.

United States Returns

Any returns from the U.S. should be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Returns shipped with any other services will incur brokerage fees, which may be deducted from your return at the discretion of Sens Bijoux. All items that will be returned should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages without this mentioned on their custom declaration may not get successfully delivered to our warehouse and that may incur additional fees.

International Returns

Wrong address, non-received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

If the postal service company does not receive and send the item, back to us shipping fee will be charged accordingly. Once the item is received we will credit the price if the item. Once the package is received, we will inform you.

You will be responsible for full repairs of all the equipments used on this site. Sens Bijoux.com will not be subject to any legal action for damages of any kind.
